About Us
The Maintenance Department is a service division of approximately 80 employees working with maintenance at our production facilities in Grängesberg and Hällefors.
The Improvement Maintenance Division is a sub-department responsible for planned maintenance within process, media, preparation, bottling, and logistics. We handle everything from planned and preventive maintenance interventions to spare parts preparation, optimization, and process development. The division consists of 19 employees. As a Maintenance Planner/Preparer, you report to the Head of Improvement Maintenance.
We are now looking to add a Maintenance Planner/Preparer to our team!
About the Role
As a Maintenance Planner/Preparer, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and quality-assuring maintenance interventions for both production equipment and ancillary equipment at the facility. You act as the link between production, technicians, and maintenance management, ensuring that the right resources are in place at the right time.
You will:
- Plan and prepare work orders in our maintenance system.
- Ensure that materials, spare parts, and tools are available before jobs start.
- Create instructions, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to preventive and improvement-oriented maintenance work.
- Follow up on completed interventions and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Work closely with technicians, operators, procurement, the warehouse, and external suppliers.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where structure, planning, and technical understanding are crucial. You have the ability to think critically and make decisions based on facts. You have a solution-oriented approach and good communication skills. This position requires you to be driven, proactive, and able to work both individually and in close collaboration with the rest of the organization.
We believe you have:
- A technical education in industry, electrical, mechanics, automation, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in maintenance operations in an industrial environment (e.g., maintenance preparation, production, or technical planning).
- Good system proficiency, preferably from maintenance systems such as IFS, Maximo, SAP, or similar.
- The ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
- A natural aptitude for order, structure, and follow-up.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Merits:

- Knowledge of LEAN, TPM, or other improvement methods.
